Dan Willms

Dan Willms is a versatile consultant currently working with The Strategic Leadership Group and FlashPoint Leadership Consulting. With extensive academic involvement as an MBA professor at Ftec Faculdades and as a TLC Facilitator for The Leadership Challenge®, Dan has a strong background in leadership and education. Previously, Dan held the position of Director at BeLider Brasil and served as President and CEO of Daily Granite, Inc. Dan's experience includes a Six Sigma Black Belt role at Tyco Electrical and Metal Products, where management of projects and training was key, as well as international affairs management at Movelbras, focusing on exporting high-end furniture. Dan began a career in pedagogy at WIZARD IDIOMAS, leading teacher training and class management, and previously served as a Full Time Missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, engaging in community service and leadership training. Dan's educational credentials include a Professional Coach degree from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Edison State Community College, and a background in journalism from UCS - University of Caxias do Sul.
