Aaron Berry's work experience begins in 2010 with the United States Air Force as a Munitions System Specialist until 2016. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Aegis Worldwide. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Account Executive at Aegis Worldwide until 2017 when they became a Territory Manager until 2018. In 2018, Berry joined the SANS Institute as an Account Manager for ICS Security until 2020 when they became a Commercial Account Manager. Aaron then joined Flashpoint in 2021 as an Account Executive and later transitioned to the role of Sales Director - West in 2022.
Aaron Berry attended Ball State University from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism with a minor in Marketing. Their field of study at Ball State University was Public Relations/Image Management. In addition, from 2011 to 2014, they also attended the Community College of the Air Force, specializing in Munitions Systems/Ordinance Technology.
