Josue Lux

Josue Lux is an accomplished product and UX designer with extensive experience in developing and scaling design systems across various companies. Currently serving as Lead Product Designer at Flashpoint, Josue has successfully built and implemented a design system while redefining the platform architecture. Previous roles include Lead UX Designer at OneTrust, where Josue established a governance model to enhance design contributions and collaboration, and UX Interaction Designer II at Cox Automotive Inc., dedicated to identifying growth opportunities and streamlining design systems. Josue's earlier work at Primerica involved designing an investment sales platform and building a design system that fostered a user-centered culture. Additional experience includes contributions at The Home Depot, Contractor roles, and work as an Independent Contractor, demonstrating a strong foundation in both user experience and multimedia design. Josue holds a Bachelor of Arts in Intermedia/Multimedia from Georgia State University and furthered education at Tech Talent South.
