Vanessa Staples, CSP has a diverse work experience in the field of channel sales and customer success. Vanessa is currently working at Flashpoint as the Director of Channel Sales, where they oversee the sales strategy for channel partners. Prior to this, they worked as a Channel Sales Manager at Flashpoint. Vanessa also has experience as a Customer Success Manager at Synack, Inc., where they focused on ensuring customer satisfaction and driving retention. In addition, Vanessa worked at Climb Channel Solutions as a Unitrends Brand Sales Specialist and an Account Executive, where they built partnerships, identified leads, and closed sales opportunities. Before joining Climb Channel Solutions, they held the position of Sr. Channel Account Manager at Interwork Technologies, where they managed relationships with reseller partners. Vanessa's earlier roles include working as a Channel Account Specialist and Support Rep II at Ingram Micro, where they maintained customer relationships and provided assistance with quotes and orders. Vanessa also worked as a Medicare field sales rep on a temporary basis at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York.
