Sandy has also worked as a Unit Secretary- Emergency Department for Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and as an Intake Coordinator-Contracted by Hire Dynamics for Sibley Heart Center Cardiology. Sandy began their career as a Patient Services Coordinator for MD Anderson Cancer Center. In their current role, Sandy works closely with Product Management and Engineering to ensure our customers succeed and meet their business objectives, providing product feedback for continual product improvement and ensuring their issues with the system are resolved through Jira. Sandy also hosts weekly onboarding webinars & training for net new clients which includes best practices, product updates and configuration in the Construction industry via email, phone, zoom.
