Marta Bastida Caspe

Marta Bastida Caspe is a knowledgeable professional in digital marketing and conversion rate optimization, currently serving as the CRO & Growth Manager and Consultant at Flat 101 since August 2021. Marta also teaches CRO in the Advanced SEO Course at KSchool, and leads CRO instruction in the Digital Marketing Master's Program at Wanatop Academy, as well as the Digital Transformation Course at Universidad San Jorge. Previous experience includes marketing and digital communication roles at rIL Estudio and Practical Team, along with social media management at La patata caliente/Netfoster. Marta holds a degree in Marketing and Market Research from Universidad de Zaragoza, complemented by a Master's in Online Marketing, Advertising, and Design from NETT Digital School, and has furthered their expertise with a Behavioral Design bootcamp from The Behavioral School in 2023.
