Marcin Szott has extensive culinary experience, starting as Chef de Partie at The Arbutus Restaurant from March 2006 to May 2009. Following that role, Marcin served as Sous Chef at The Old Bear Cobham from June 2009 to September 2010 before advancing to Sous Chef and then Head Chef at The Clarendon Restaurant between August 2010 and September 2011. Marcin continued to develop skills as Senior Sous Chef at The Hawksmoor Restaurants from September 2012 to April 2014 before taking on the role of Senior Sous/Development Chef at Olympic Cinemas from December 2021 to September 2022. Since September 2022, Marcin has been the Head Chef at Saltie Girl, and as of January 2024, Marcin holds the position of Head Chef at Flat Iron.
