Michal Bielecki is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the restaurant industry. Since January 2019, Michal serves as the Group Head Chef at Flat Iron, overseeing multiple kitchen operations. Prior to this, Michal worked at Byron from December 2010 to January 2019, starting as a Chef and advancing to Development Chef and Area Chef Trainer, ultimately managing a portfolio of up to 16 restaurants. Michal's expertise includes directing kitchen operations for large establishments, demonstrating significant leadership skills by managing teams of up to 36 chefs.
