Miguel Fernandez Leon

Miguel Fernandez Leon is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Flat Iron since September 2022. Prior to this role, Miguel worked as a Capitan at GOIKO from October 2021 to September 2022. Miguel’s career at Honest Burgers Ltd spanned nearly five years, during which roles included Restaurant General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Supervisor. Additionally, Miguel held the position of Shift Leader at Caffè Nero for a brief period in 2016.
