Sean Johnson is an experienced Operations Manager with a passion for hospitality and a dedication to both team members and guests. They began their career in the hospitality sector at Marriott Hotels, where they worked as a Conference & Banqueting Associate and later as a Restaurant Supervisor. After gaining further experience at AGELLUS HOTELS LIMITED as a Restaurant Team Leader, they served as General Manager at Toby’s Carvery and Senior General Manager at Bella Italia. Currently, Sean holds the position of Operations Manager at both Las Iguanas and Flat Iron, continuing to excel in the hospitality industry.
