Sylwia Spirra is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Flat Iron since June 2022, Sylwia previously held the same title at Franco Manca from December 2017 to June 2022 and at The Detox Kitchen for a brief period in 2017. Prior to these roles, Sylwia worked at Honest Burgers Ltd as Area Development Manager and spent over two years as General Manager at Bill's Restaurants and Strada Restaurants, where responsibilities included area training and assistant general management.
