Clay Westbrook has an extensive background in the culinary industry, starting as a Line Cook at Woodstock Inn in 1996. Over the years, Clay has taken on various roles such as Line Chef, Chef, and Bread Oven Apprentice. Clay's experience also includes working as a Chef on different tall ships like Sloop Providence and Lettie G Howard. Clay has also served as a Deckhand on M/Y Rasselas and as a Chef on M/Y Aerie, a 135 ft Delta Motor Yacht. Clay currently holds the position of President at Flatbread Company Inc. since January 2019, where Clay oversees business development, franchise management, and culinary operations. Additionally, Clay has a Master's degree in Service Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
