Laura Zlatos

Laura Zlatos is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in development, operations, and the arts. Currently serving as the Director of Development at Flatbush Cats since March 2024, Laura has also been a Playwright at Paradigm Talent Agency since 2016. Prior roles include Director of Development and Individual Giving Manager at RATTLESTICK THEATER, as well as Operations Director at The Intersector Project, where Laura managed communications and employee supervision. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Performance Studies from New York University and an MFA in Playwriting from Columbia University, complemented by a BFA in Dramatic Writing and Gender and Sexuality Studies from New York University. Additional experience includes various operational and editorial roles, including management positions at Morgane Le Fay and an editorial assistantship at TDR/The Drama Review.
