Goran Ristov is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in incident management and service delivery. Currently, as the Head of Incident, Service Request & On/Off-boarding Process at flatexDEGIRO since December 2022, Goran oversees the implementation of group-wide IT processes and manages a team of up to 15 people while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
