Currently serving as Assistant General Manager of Administrative Services and Director of Human Resources at Flathead Electric Cooperative, Inc. since June 2016, Tia previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Montana Regional MLS from August 2015 to June 2016, and served as CEO/General Legal Counsel at Northwest Montana Associations of REALTORS from June 2010 to June 2016. Tia's legal expertise was further developed as an Attorney Partner at Measure, Robbin & Wilson, PC from August 2005 to May 2010, and as an Attorney Partner at Kaufman, Vidal, Hileman & Ramlow, P.C. from January 1993 to August 2004. Tia holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of Montana School of Law and a BA in English from the University of Montana.

Flathead Electric Cooperative, Inc., was established in 1937 to bring electric service to rural areas of the Flathead Valley. It has since grown from a small company serving a handful of rural homes and farms into the largest electric cooperative in Montana, serving over 50,000 rural and urban residential, commercial, and industrial members. Flathead Electric is proud to be a locally owned and operated cooperative run for the benefit of our member/owners.
