Carolyn Starrett

Carolyn Starrett is currently the CEO at Flatiron Health. Prior to that, they were the VP of Partnerships and Business Operations at Intent Media Inc., a startup company that uses predictive analytics to help ecommerce websites unlock new revenue streams. Carolyn was responsible for leading a team of 30+ people and grew the company's revenues from almost nothing to more than $100M in just three years. Carolyn has also worked as a Principal/Project Leader/Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group and as a Senior/Product Manager at Juniper Networks, Inc.

Carolyn Starrett received their MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they focused on strategy, finance, and entrepreneurship. Carolyn also participated in an MBA exchange program at London Business School. Carolyn earned their B.A. in business economics and English literature from Brown University. Carolyn also attended The Taft School.
