Elèna Ruyter

Elèna Ruyter is a Senior Product Designer at Flatiron Health, specializing in provider-facing precision medicine tools. Elèna previously worked at Capital One as a Product Designer and Senior Associate in Strategy & Service Design, where important user experience strategies were developed for customer-facing products. In earlier roles, Elèna served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The Wharton School, a Product Manager at Halma plc focusing on visual diagnostics, and contributed as an iDesign Operations Assistant at iDE. Elèna's experience includes international service as an Economic Development Volunteer with the Peace Corps and various internships in multimedia editing, strategic planning, and digital media. Elèna holds a Master’s degree in Integrated Product Design from the University of Pennsylvania and dual Bachelor’s degrees from Swarthmore College in Fine & Studio Arts and Islamic Studies & Arabic.
