Jillian Motyl Rockland

Jillian Motyl Rockland, MPH, currently serves as the Senior Director of Real World Evidence at Flatiron Health, where leadership spans multiple roles, including Director of Regulatory Strategy and Director of Real World Evidence. In this position, Jillian heads the Regulatory Solutions team, supporting regulatory submissions that incorporate real-world evidence and data to enhance success rates. Prior experience includes pivotal roles at Square Roots, where business and product strategy for a healthcare technology platform were led, and VITAL HEALTHCARE CAPITAL as an analyst. Jillian's earlier career involved clinical research management at Tufts Medical Center and Brigham and Women's Hospital. Academically, Jillian holds a Master's degree in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Northeastern University.
