Otto Wagga

Otto Wagga is a strategic IT Business Partner and ERP leader with over a decade of experience driving global financial systems transformation. Currently at Flatiron Health, he partners with Finance and executive leadership to optimize enterprise-wide NetSuite environments, spearheading initiatives such as SuiteProjects implementation and multi-entity ERP rollouts across subsidiaries in Japan, the UK, and Germany. Previously, Otto served in senior systems leadership roles at Medidata Solutions, where he directed ERP integrations for multiple acquisitions, strengthened SOX compliance, and enhanced reporting and planning capabilities for Finance and FP&A teams. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Amrita Singh Jewelry, TRAXYS, and Sandvik, building a foundation in SaaS integration, treasury operations, and accounting support. Otto holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies with a concentration in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.
