Rachel Bornstein

Rachel Bornstein is a seasoned professional in customer success and operations management with a strong background in finance. Currently serving as the Senior Manager and Customer Success Team Lead at Flatiron Health since June 2021, Rachel has previously held several roles at J.P. Morgan Private Bank from July 2016 to June 2021, including Manager and Associate Customer Success Manager.
