Samiksha Nayak

Samiksha Nayak, PhD, currently serves as the Head of AI Strategic Operations and Chief of Staff to the CTO at Flatiron Health, a position held since February 2022. Prior to this role, Samiksha was the Strategic Operations Lead at Jacaranda Health from November 2020 to January 2022 and the Head of NYC Office and Product Operations Manager at Flare Health from March 2019 to October 2020. Samiksha's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Columbia University, where responsibilities spanned from Implementation Specialist to Postdoctoral Research Scientist and Graduate Research Assistant, focusing on developing innovative diagnostic technologies. Additionally, Samiksha contributed as an AmeriCorps VISTA Fellow at the AIDS Action Committee from 2011 to 2012. Educated at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering and at Columbia University with both a Master of Science and a Doctor of Philosophy in Biomedical Engineering, Samiksha combines a robust academic background with extensive operational experience in health technology.
