Nicole Buchheim

Nicole Buchheim is a Real Estate Asset Manager at Flatiron Realty Capital since June 2023. Prior to this, Nicole also held the same position at the same company from May 2022 to August 2022. Before transitioning into real estate, Nicole gained experience as an Accounting Intern at SSTG Accounting Firm from June 2019 to August 2021. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, graduating in May 2023.
