Laura Quinn, CPTD, is an experienced I/O Psychologist and instructional design professional with a diverse background in the education and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as an Instructional Design Technologist and LMS Administrator at Flatiron School, Laura has successfully redesigned the course publication process, enhancing efficiency and reducing ticket resolution time. Prior roles include Instructional Development Manager at ECPI University, where outcome-based learning programs were developed, and Instructional Designer at Right at Home, where onboarding and skill-development resources were created for national franchises. Laura has also held positions at AMN Healthcare and HealthStream, focusing on learner-centered content and compliance in healthcare training. With a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Certificate in Instructional Design, Laura brings a strong foundation in adult learning principles and technology implementation to each project.
