Jeff Bruce

Jeff Bruce is an Executive Director at Flatiron Search Partners. Jeff has spent the past decade partnering with founders and executive leadership teams of emerging and growth-stage businesses backed by top-tier venture capital and private equity firms. He has led searches across the organization from the C-suite, VP and Director levels through key individual contributors and strategic hires.

Prior to joining FSP, Jeff was the founder of Bigfoot Search, a boutique firm focused on delivering talent across Engineering, Product and Design. Jeff also spent 7 years with the team at True Search where he was the first member of their mid-management firm, Foundation Talent, and later ran executive searches through True’s Product, Data and Technology practice.
