Larabeth Goett

Larabeth Goett is a Director at Flatiron Search Partners. She has spent the past 15 years in Talent Acquisition, leading and growing teams for globally-renowned brands. Throughout her career, Larabeth has built a track record of attracting and retaining talent, building strong teams, and fostering a supportive work environment.

Most recently, Larabeth was Director of Talent Acquisition at Atlantic Group, a leading NYC-based executive and professional search firm, where she founded and led the internal Talent Acquisition team. In this role she was responsible for identifying and recruiting talent across multiple locations/divisions and leading the company’s marketing and cultural initiatives.

Prior to her experience on the agency side of the business, Larabeth led Field Recruiting for Equinox, where she was responsible for field leadership globally in both new and existing markets. In addition, Larabeth also helped to identify the founding teams of multiple emerging brands within the Equinox portfolio including Pure Yoga and Blink Fitness. This launch experience helped Larabeth as she transitioned to a new role as Director of Talent Acquisition at Groupon, a then start-up online fashion company that grew to become a digital powerhouse and one of the “Fastest Growing Companies in America.” Here she engaged in executive, leadership and professional searches across many disciplines.

Larabeth earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing at Northeastern University.
