Joseph Avino is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering and military service. Since 2010, Joseph has worked as an engineer operator at Dragados USA, Inc. Concurrently, Joseph has served as a Platoon Sergeant in the US Army since June 2008, with previous experience in the United States Army Reserve from 1999 to 2010 in the same role. Additionally, Joseph has been a coach at Holy Cross High School since 2000, contributing to the development of student-athletes. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in History from Sacred Heart University, earned from 1994 to 1999.
