Dan Volz

Dan Volz, CAM, currently serves as Senior Regional Manager at FLATS since February 2025, following a tenure at Greystar from July 2019 to February 2025 as Regional Property Manager and Lease-Up Senior Community Manager. At Greystar, Dan oversaw daily operations of the Elan Yorktown community and provided detailed reports to ownership and asset management. Previously, Dan worked as Property Manager at Trinity Property Consultants, where focus on retention and customer satisfaction led to recognition among the top-performing communities. Earlier experience includes roles at Lincoln Property Company, where responsibilities spanned from Business Manager to leasing and marketing, as well as co-owning DJK Entertainment, delivering high-quality entertainment services. Dan's career began in the US Army as a Healthcare Specialist, where emergency medical treatment and patient care were key responsibilities.
