Russ Handy

Russ Handy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management across various sectors. As the Founder and Principal of 3-9 Line, LLC since June 2021, Handy also serves as a Stellar Advisor at Stellar Solutions and a Senior Mentor/Highly Qualified Expert for the US Air Force at Air Combat Command. With a career spanning over three decades in the United States Air Force, including roles as Commander of the Alaskan Command and interim Pacific Air Forces Commander, Handy has demonstrated expertise in strategic operations, human resource management, and air mission coordination. Additionally, Handy has held leadership positions in academia and local government, notably as Aviation Director for the City of San Antonio. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Military Strategic Studies from USAF Air University and another in Business Administration from Central Michigan University, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
