Carolyn Betts is the Founder and CEO of Betts, a recruitment firm specializing in revenue-generating roles such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Development since January 2010. Carolyn also co-founded High Stakes Society in March 2024 and serves as an advisor for CoSell and SeekerPitch. As a member of the Young Presidents' Organization and the Entrepreneurs' Organization, Carolyn engages with fellow leaders. Involvement with Founders Pledge and Flatwater Foundation highlights a commitment to philanthropy and youth entrepreneurship, respectively, while serving as a board member for BUILD emphasizes dedication to empowering under-resourced youth through entrepreneurship. Carolyn Betts obtained an Owner/President Management Program degree from Harvard Business School and a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
