Catalina Borsarelli Valdivia is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist and Technical Recruiter at Aloware since June 2024, Catalina is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process for the engineering team. Prior roles include Talent Sourcer at Midnight AM, Bilingual Recruiter at Bydrec, Inc., and Team Leader for Talent Acquisition at Technisys, among others, where Catalina has demonstrated expertise in sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and managing various aspects of the recruitment process.
