Rocel Oring

Rocel Oring is currently working as an Assistant Team Lead at Flatworld Solutions since August 2019. Prior to this, Rocel worked as a Customer Service Representative at VXI Global Solutions, LLC from June 2018 to July 2019, focusing on billing and sales accounts. Prior to that, Rocel worked at Teleperformance from August 2015 to May 2018 as a Customer Service Representative. Rocel attended ISHRM School system for education. The primary responsibilities include taking customer calls, assisting with bill explanations, setting up payment plans, collecting payments, and educating customers about their account status.
