Jim Turner

Jim Turner is an accomplished designer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the creative industry. Since January 2009, Jim has been the Owner and Designer at Period Collection Furniture, where custom furniture design and refurbishment of old pieces are primary focuses. Additionally, Jim founded and serves as the Creative Director for Flaunt Magazine, overseeing concept, design, focus, and content since 2000. Prior to this, Jim founded Detour Magazine and held the role of Creative Director from 1987 to 2000, where concept and design were developed. Earlier in Jim's career, a position as Assistant Art Director at james k wilson from 1981 to 1984 involved assisting on photo shoots, advertising design, and layout design.
