Adi Pal

Adi Pal is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the alcohol and beverage industry. Currently serving as CTO at Flaviar since June 2023, Adi previously co-founded and led Barcart as CEO from September 2019 to August 2023, where a SaaS platform was developed to facilitate direct consumer sales for alcohol brands, achieving profitability within two years. As a co-founder of Mash&Grape from April 2014 to August 2023, Adi contributed to creating an award-winning marketplace and club connecting consumers with beverage brands across over 40 US states. Prior to these ventures, Adi held the position of Vice President of Derivatives Technology at Citi from July 2006 to June 2012. Adi holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Columbia University and Stony Brook University, and attended Springdales School.
