Carly Yanez is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as the Director of Procurement at Flavor Insights since July 2022. Previously, Carly held the position of Procurement Manager at the same company. Prior to this role, Carly worked at Sovereign Flavors Inc. as the Purchasing Manager from February 2016 to April 2022 and spent several years at T. Hasegawa USA, Inc. as a Senior Buyer and R&D Technician from April 2008 to January 2016. Carly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, which was obtained from 2003 to 2007.

We are a team of innovators who have been through the creative process, generating a concept, iterating a prototype, finding a manufacturer, and building a marketing strategy. We fell in love with all things flavor and development and, in 2017, put together an experienced team to build our West Coast flavor house.
