John Massaro

John Massaro is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system administration and technical support. Currently serving as a System Administrator at Flavor Insights since September 2016, John is responsible for managing hosted email systems, mobile devices, computer deployments, and endpoint security, while also providing desktop support for over 250 users. Prior to this role, John held similar positions at Proform Laboratories and CytoSport, Inc., where significant contributions included implementing mobile device management and managing hosted exchange migrations. John also possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University and has gained a diverse skill set through various roles in inventory control and operations throughout earlier career phases, including positions at Outback Steakhouse.
