Michelle Bell is an experienced Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sales professional with 15 years of expertise in managing key accounts, specialty distributors, and military distributors. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Operations at Flavor Insights since June 2017, Michelle previously held the position of Sr. Sales Director at CytoSport, Inc. from June 2002 to May 2017, where significant volume and market share growth was achieved in accounts such as Vitamin Shoppe, GNC, 24 Hour Fitness, and Academy Sports. Early in the career, Michelle worked as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager at National Network Services from February 1997 to December 2001.

We are a team of innovators who have been through the creative process, generating a concept, iterating a prototype, finding a manufacturer, and building a marketing strategy. We’ve gone through the ups and the downs of building an iconic brand and ultimately selling our product, Muscle Milk. We fell in love with all things flavor and development and, in 2017, put together an experienced team to build our West Coast flavor house. As one of the only flavor companies in California, we are here to bring a little sweetness to the golden coast.
