Boris Gadzov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, consultancy, and technical management within the beverage industry. Since September 2006, Boris has been with FlavorActiV Limited, serving as Sales & Executive Director, managing client relationships with top global beverage companies, directing sales strategy, and contributing to brand equity and quality projects. Boris has also held the role of Director of Global Sensory, overseeing a technical team and developing new markets while negotiating high-value contracts. In the role of Taster Management Adviser, Boris visited over 150 breweries and worked with a diverse clientele across 80 countries. Prior to this, Boris served as a Project Assistant at the University of Veterinary Medicine Vienna, specializing in molecular biological methods for food safety. Boris holds a PhD in Food Molecular Microbiology and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. Recognized for exceptional achievements, Boris was awarded the Queen’s Award for International Sales in 2011.

Today, we manufacture over 80 flavour standards at the Quay Pharma Flavour Centre. Each one produced to GMP standards and blister packaged to ensure a consistent quality, and strong shelf-life.
