Tom Brown is a seasoned marketing and sales professional with extensive experience in the food, beverage, and property management industries. Currently serving as the Head of Global Marketing & Strategy at FlavorActiV since June 2019, Tom is responsible for shaping strategic direction and overseeing global marketing efforts. Previously, as a Global Key Account Manager at FlavorActiV, Tom supported leading beverage companies with sensory practices. Prior to this, Tom held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Tiny Rebel Brewing Co., managing over 200 accounts and focusing on new business development. Tom also brings valuable experience from roles as Branch Manager at Charles Perrett Property Ltd., where leadership and sales exceeded targets, and as Marketing & Business Development professional at CDSM Interactive Solutions. Early career work as a Social Researcher at Opinion Research Services laid the foundation for analytical skills. Tom holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management (Marketing & Advertising) from Swansea University.
