David Dafoe

David Dafoe is the owner of Flavorman, a position held since 1992. Dafoe previously served as Manager, Flavor Development at Brown-Forman from 1989 to 1993, where they developed new beverage products including Jack Daniels Country Cocktails (Lynchburg Lemonade, Downhome Punch, Tennessee Tea, etc.), Southern Comfort Cocktails, and cost reduced several whisky brands. They earned a BA in Zoology from Miami University (1980-1984) and an MBA in Business Administration from Bellarmine University (1989-1990).
