Marcia Young is an experienced product development professional with over 40 years in the food industry. Marcia has spent time in both the United States and Canada working for some of the biggest names in food, including Mondelez, Campbell Soup Company, and Sara Lee Frozen Bakery. In their current role as an advisor at FlavorWiki, Marcia provides guidance on product development and sensory evaluation to food manufacturers of all sizes.

Marcia Young has a BS in Food Science & Technology from the University of Rhode Island and a certification from the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) as a Certified Food Scientist. Marcia also has a degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Arizona.
