Flóra Monostory

Flóra Monostory has varied work experience in different roles and industries. In 2017, they worked as a Finance Trainee at AGCO Corporation. Flóra then joined McKinsey & Company in 2018, where they interned in multiple departments, including the Panorama FinTech Group and the Finance and Administration Team. Flóra also became a member of the Corvinus Tax Club during this time. In 2019, they worked as a Customer Service Sales Assistant at Fabricated GmbH, a sustainable full-service provider of functional textiles. From 2020 to 2022, Flóra held the position of Business Development Manager at Wattmanager, an energy management company, and its subsidiary, Wenerate. In 2022, they worked as a Contractor at MSCI Inc. In 2023, Flóra started their own company called Flawless, serving as the Founder Associate. Flóra also briefly worked as a Founder Associate at a stealth startup during the same year. Overall, Flóra has demonstrated a diverse range of skills and experiences in finance, business development, customer service, and entrepreneurship.

Flóra Monostory completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business at Budapest University of Technology and Economics from 2015 to 2019. Flóra then pursued further education at the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology - University of Pécs, specializing in Computer Science Engineering from 2022 to 2026. Flóra also obtained several certifications, including "Management Consulting Presentation Essential Training" from Udemy in May 2023, "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google Digital Garage in September 2020, and "Sales Management" from HubSpot in January 2022. Additionally, Flóra holds the "Green Certificate" from Budapest University of Technology and Economics and has completed the "International English Language Testing System" from the British Council.
