Anders Sundquist

Anders Sundquist is the founder and president of Flawless Recruit, a recruiting firm specializing in the placement of top talent in the engineering and aviation industries. Sundquist has over ten years of experience in the recruiting industry, having served as a director of recruiting for Harvey Nash and as a technical recruiter for Aerotek Engineering. In their role as a recruiter, Sundquist was responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and testing candidates to determine the best fit possible based on client needs. Anders also negotiated salaries and benefits for contractors, assessed and investigated contractor related problems, and administered performance counseling, coaching, and disciplinary measures when necessary.

In September 2017, Sundquist left their position as a data analyst at Prospect Scout to focus full-time on their new venture, Flawless Recruit. Founded in January 2017, Flawless Recruit has quickly become one of the leading recruitment firms in the Seattle area. Under Sundquist's leadership, the company has placed top talent at some of the most respected engineering firms in the region.

Anders Sundquist has a Bachelor of Arts from Western Washington University in Economics and Communication. Anders also has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Western Washington University. Anders's certification is from TechServe Alliance in CPSR.
