Chrissa Karathanasi

Chrissa Karathanasi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Chrissa worked at Fleet Complete as Head of Service Delivery, leading international and local teams and overseeing client onboarding and order fulfillment. Chrissa also managed cross-functional projects and monitored progress. Prior to this, they held various roles at Shaw Communications, including Business Technical Support and Residential Technical Support, where they guided and oversaw performance and resolved user problems. Chrissa also took a career break and worked at Altec SA in tech support and account management positions.

Chrissa Karathanasi obtained a Diploma in Systems Support - Computer Network & Applications from Technical Vocational College from 2001 to 2004. Chrissa also completed CCNA Training (Level 1 - Cisco Certified Network Associate) at the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2017 and became a Certified Meraki Networking Associate (CMNA) through Cisco in 2016. Chrissa also has additional training from the Cisco Networking Academy and Trailhead by Salesforce.
