James Repass

James RePass is an accomplished executive in data center operations, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Fleet Data Centers since August 2025. Previously, James held the position of Vice President of Data Center Facilities Operations for the Mid Atlantic Region at QTS Data Centers, where leadership of a specialized market team ensured continuous uptime and expert management of critical environments. James also served as Director of Site Operations at QTS, managing a large-scale data center campus and orchestrating operations across multiple disciplines. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at Iron Mountain, focusing on high-security data centers, and technical positions at CoreSite and Tektronix, emphasizing electrical distribution and product testing.
