Vinit Patki

Vinit Patki is a seasoned professional in the construction and management of hyperscale datacenters, currently serving as Vice President of Construction at Fleet Data Centers since March 2025. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at Microsoft from February 2022 to March 2025, where Vinit held several key roles, including Senior Director overseeing the Global Datacenter Construction Portfolio and leading datacenter construction for the U.S. East Region, the largest cloud capacity area for Microsoft. Previous positions at Amazon Web Services involved senior roles in technical program management and construction management for cloud infrastructure. Vinit began career development as a Senior Project Manager at James G. Davis Construction and served as Real Estate Development Manager at Trammell Crow Company. Vinit holds a Master's degree in Construction Management from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
