Frank Smith

Frank Smith has worked in the technology industry for over 25 years. From 1995 to 2002, they worked at VERITAS Software as a Product Support Trainer, creating and executing technical support product training sessions for data backup and audio applications. Frank also served as an OEM technical support engineer and escalation liaison to the development teams. From 2002 to 2007, they worked at Sonic Solutions as a Call Center Manager and then Quality Assurance Manager, where they spent one year as a test manager with teams in the USA and China and two years as a test engineer. Since 2008, they have been employed at Fleet Management Solutions as a Technical Support Manager, providing phone, email and web-based customer support for GPS tracking systems, as well as managing knowledge base content.

Frank Smith attended The University of Memphis from 1977 to 1979, studying Business Administration. Frank then attended North American College of Data Processing from 1979 to 1980, where they earned a Certificate in Computer Programming.
