Robin Long

Robin Long is a highly skilled and enthusiastic professional with extensive experience in operations management across both non-profit and for-profit organizations. They served as Merchandise & Operations Manager at Host International from 1991 to 1999, followed by a role as Director of Retail Operations at HMSHost from 2000 to 2012, where they achieved significant improvements in cash flow and operational excellence. From 2012 to 2014, Robin worked as Project Director for World Duty Free Group, developing training programs and policies to enhance service and productivity. Currently, Robin is the Director of Business Operations at the Fleet Science Center, focused on leadership and improving visitor experiences while overseeing various revenue-generating departments. They are also pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from San Diego State University.
