Isa Notermans

Isa Notermans has extensive experience in various human resources and people management roles. They started their career in 2004 as an English Language Teacher at NOVA Japan and then moved on to work as a Technical Recruiter & New Graduate Programs at realestate.com.au in 2006. They also worked at Rosch Group as a Recruitment & Learning & Development Consultant in 2006.

Isa's career then shifted towards HR roles in tech companies. They joined Google Asia Pacific in 2007, where they held multiple positions including Tech Talent Acquisition & People Programs Specialist, Talent Programs Lead, and APAC Diversity, Culture & Inclusion Business Partner. In 2013, Isa became the Head of Human Resources & Business Operations at DesignCrowd, an online marketplace for graphic design services.

In 2014, Isa joined Pandora as an HR Director for ANZ. They were responsible for HR activities in the New York City office before moving into a regional role. Isa made a transition to Spotify in 2016, where they became the Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion. They focused on fostering an inclusive workplace and developing strategies to drive diversity and inclusion.

In 2021, Isa worked for Linktree as the Global Head of People & Culture, where they aimed to provide content creators with the best tools for their work to be seen. They then moved to Airtasker in 2022 as the Chief Human Resources Officer, focusing on creating a positive employee experience and driving business results.

Currently, Isa Notermans holds the role of Chief People Officer at Fleet Space Technologies. This space company designs, builds, and operates microsatellites for universal connectivity. Isa is leading the people function of the company and was involved in the launch of ExoSphere, a solution for the mineral exploration industry providing fast 3D mapping capabilities.

Isa Notermans attended Monash University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Medical Sciences, Psychology, and Philosophy. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Arts and Physiological Sciences.
