Julie Talley

Julie Talley currently serves as the Global Sourcing Manager at Cummins Filtration Inc., a role held since June 2011, where Julie developed and executed sourcing strategies focused on cost reduction and risk mitigation while ensuring supply continuity through dual-sourcing initiatives. Prior to this position, Julie worked as the Health Services Administrator for Correct Care Solutions/CMS/Prison Health Services from May 2008 to August 2010, leading a management team to standardize healthcare best practices and overseeing clinical staff across five facilities to maintain high-quality patient care. Julie holds a Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University Northwest, earned in 2003, and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, completed in 1999 at the same institution.
