Miles Rand

Miles Rand is an experienced product leader with a strong background in building and managing product organizations across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Product for Marketplace at Fleetio since January 2025, Miles has a proven track record of driving product strategy, processes, and growth in previous roles, including Vice President of Product Management at Milk Moovement and Strategic Advisor at Breakthrough Apps. With experience as Head of Product Management at Remo and Senior Group Product Manager at Urgently, Miles has successfully led efforts in developing B2B and B2B2C applications and marketplaces. Miles holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Colorado State University and an Associate's degree in Software Product Management from Product School.
